My name is Martin Winter. As a sociologist, my research interests lie at the intersection of three interdisciplinary fields: Cultural Studies, Science and Technology Studies and Gender Studies. I completed my Master’s degree at the University of Graz in 2013 and my PhD at the Technical University of Darmstadt in 2021. Currently, I am a postdoc at Fulda University of Applied Sciences, where I am researching the future of food and its communitisation. I also teach research methods and theoretical principles as well as practice-related topics at various universities.
